Founder
Charles Piriou is the grandson of an Air France captain. Between the capital and the south of France, thanks to his grandfather, he grew up listening to Caetano Veloso and Gilberto Gil. Naturally, he fell in love with Brazil. He combines 20 years of incursions through this country as a hotel and gastronomy consultant to the wanderings that constantly reveal the secrets of his native land.
